ELKHART —The $59 million Elkhart Health & Aquatics facility is scheduled to open July 18 at 200 E. Jackson Blvd.
The 171,00-square-foot facility includes an Olympic-size swimming pool and diving platforms, warm water therapy pool, lap pool and whirlpool. The fitness studios will host pilates, yoga, indoor cycling, cardio, strength and other fitness classes. Members will have access to an indoor track, cardio and strength equipment, free weights, basketball, racquetball and squash courts, in addition to the aquatics center.

The new facility is a collaboration of Beacon Health System, Elkhart Community Schools and the Community Foundation of Elkhart County.
It’s the third Beacon Health & Fitness facility in the area, with the others located in South Bend and Granger.
